The dark chocolate dipped orange peels are divine. I'd recommend trying everything though. May Sylva's fountain flow with Baxley's velvety smooth chocolate, because this town just got a lot sweeter.

Baxley's Chocolates are WONDERFUL! So wonderful that since we don't live in NC, we had them shipped to our family for the holidays. The family loved the chocolate so much they had to hide the second box to save some for the rest of the weekend! The service is great- both in the store and on the phone. Baxley's Chocolates is exquisite! To be honest the Baxley's chocolates have always been amazing. I had the pleasure of growing up with Lauren and being the receipent of these fine chocolates over the years during holidays. I was so happy to see the Baxley family follow their dreams of opening a chocolate shop and am happy to see another awesome family running a business on the Sylva streets of my youth! I have been back to visit Sylva twice since the Baxley's opened their shop and each time we went to the chocolate shop at least once, and most times more!
